Confirm YETI’s leadership, eligibility and age range, accessibility needs, participation rules, safeguarding lead and consent process for anyone under 18.
02 Real opportunities & trusted support +
Agree how businesses, mentors and listings will be verified; define compensation, moderation and reporting rules. Confirm qualified counseling partners, confidentiality boundaries and referral processes before offering services.
03 Contact, registrations & privacy +
Choose official contact channels and the team responding to enquiries. Agree what information is necessary, how consent works, where records are stored, who can access them and how deletion requests are handled.
04 First pilot, languages & community stories +
Choose a realistic first Garissa pilot, partners, budget and measures of progress. Commission community-reviewed Somali and Swahili translations and consented local photography. Publish stories only with permission and verified outcomes.
